New 5-Day Club Host Screening

In accordance with the Child Protection Policy of Child Evangelism Fellowship, Inc.,
all adult volunteers are required to complete the following:

1. Volunteer Background Check Application
2. Interview and Photo I.D. Check

Once these are complete and you are approved to host a summer 5-Day Club

5-Day Club Host Re-Screening

Re-screening is needed for adult volunteers who have previously been screened and approved to volunteer and either:
     - you have not volunteered within the last 12 months or
     - your most recent screening was 5 years or more ago
